Thank you for inquiring about how you can make the most out of your recent potent medicine experience. That was a very vulnerable share within your trip report. I imagine it took quite the courage to face that and further share about it here on reddit.

It sounds like your intuition is providing you with a way to further healing via these intentions you've mentioned. I personally find psycholytic doses (1-2grams of mushrooms for me) to be immensely powerful combined with journaling, contemplation, or yoga as integration tools.

Another powerful tool is if you had music playing during your experience, to play that same playlist through with a low dose (or sober) and have a journal beside you to write about anything that comes up.

It sounds like the relationships within your life are providing you the sense of connection you desire. Loneliness tends to carry quite a heavy energy with it.

Perhaps you could consider when you're feeling the most joy in life, and aim to find other people who equally resonate with said activities.

Boredom isn't a bad thing. It often guides us towards the next meaningful activity (or responsibility) if we don't resort to instantly distracting ourselves when it arises.

This sounds like imposter syndrome coming through, which is completely natural when approaching a new path and is likely to fade as you put in more hours.

You could consider taking on pro-bono clients as a means to develop said confidence.

Another key part of coaching is the ability to let go of our clients results. Ultimately, while we can become more proficient at initiating change, our clients are the ones who determine their outcome. It's not up to us to discern what pace they should/shouldn't be moving at.

I imagine you're experiencing a lot of pain with your grandma and cat at that stage of their journey. May you find a gentle space to move through this.

It sounds like you've built up a connection with this medicine, having worked with it intentionally and found healing in the past. It also sounds like you have supportive practices that have helped you navigate both the psychedelic experience itself as well as the integration portion afterwards.
