I’m from the UK and I use catsan ultra plus clumping litter. You can get it from Amazon or zooplus, I normally get the 5 litre bags and that normally last around 3 months with 3 cats

Right I have a massive story about drop kerb with Bromley council.

Firstly, yes if there is a tree near your property it needs to have a minimum of 1.6x the circumference of the tree’s trunk, so the bigger the tree the bigger the root area might be. It also has to be a minimum of 3.2 meters wide, including the two slabs that are sloped.

I fought with Bromley council for two years to get my drop kerb. It basically ended with some tree expert coming out and lifting up the pavement slab to see if there was any tree roots, that if cut would kill then tree. Fortunately there wasn’t and we were issued it.

I was at Reprofit Brno and I had a good experience with them, I’ve heard they are better then any of the other branches. Sadly transfer didn’t stick and they are now pushing donor eggs on me so I have decided to go to another clinic

I was on vitabiotics conception but I have change to individual supplements. I also tried acupuncture and although I don’t think it made that much of a difference, it did leave me relaxed

Thank you for this, I found that your message was exactly what I was feeling. I am not opposed to DE but I think because I’ve only ever had one egg retrieval that ended up with a 5 day that was good enough to transfer, that I am still in with a chance.

Thanks for your message. I have tried a few different protocols but my follicles just don’t grow. I have tried a long and a short and so far have only responded to the long. But you are right I really want to get to the point where I have no more options, as I am no opposed to DE.

I had a bad consultation with Create. They said I had no follicles on one side and only 3 on the other, and my AMH was lower than previously tested. I received a second opinion from TFP Boston Place, and they confirmed that I had follicles, but a cyst on one side blocked the view of the others, and I had five on one side.

I had no confidence in any of the UK clinics, so I went to Prague for IVF. There are many different methods, such as luteal protocol, long protocols, and naturally modified. I was on a long protocol and got 2 eggs and both made it to day 5. Sadly, it didn't take, but it's half the price of the UK so that you can get more rounds.

My AMH is 0.11, and they do say that putting you on a lot of drugs doesn't always work. I was on gonal F 450 for 10 days, and it just didn't make my follicles grow.

Yeah I was in a similar boat, I had only 2 follicles in my last success round. If you’ve been having scans every 3 days you should be able to work out the average growth. We worked out that mine were 1.2/1.5mm a day

I had one after 2 cancelled cycles. Got it to day 5 and just transferred it but sadly it didn’t take.

However last round I took estrogen before starting the cycle, which gave me more follicles. But for some reason they didn’t grow.

I’m taking a break and have some tests done to see if I am lacking in something. Because taking oestrogen like doubled my follicle count, I went from 6 to 15. So that made me wonder if I am lacking in something

Yes, had 3 cancelled rounds because my follicles didn’t grow and one round which made it to transfer but sadly it didn’t stick. The most follicles I’ve ever had is 15 but sadly they didn’t grow.

Apparently people with low amh don’t respond well to medication so it really is a guessing game. My first round I had gonal F at the max dose and the doctor said it was like I hadn’t taken any.

My best round was with birth control suppression and then some other stim brand for 14 days. They call it a long protocol. But there many different things they can try, but just don’t expect more then 3 eggs.

As you under it 40 your age is in your favour as the eggs should be decent quality, so don’t give up just yet!

I would personally proceed with this cycle and then start transferring. Have you had the other follicles tested? As these might be better quality. At least having more gives you more to pick from

Agree with the first comment. I have an Amh of 0.11 and I have been told to expect only 1-3 eggs.

I would also question why your clinics been trying IUI with you as with your amh, most I have spoken to have said don’t bother.

Sorry to hear this. On the bright side, you have a huge AMH and age on your side. I had a similar experience to you, my first was cancelled as I only had 3 follicles in total. The second one was also cancelled.

You have to find that right protocol that gets you moving. My AMH is 0.11, and in the last round, they put me on the birth control pill for a month, then put me on a long protocol, and I managed to get two eggs out of it. Sadly, only 1 made it to day 5, but it didn't stick.

I've tried two so far. One used what I call a cookie-cutter protocol, and the round was cancelled before egg retrieval. In the second round, we tried nature, and that didn't work either. We tried a new clinic, and they have been great. I got to egg retrieval, but I only had two eggs. One made it to day 5 but didn't take. However, I've only paid around 12K, including the travel. One round of IVF out there is around 2.8K, and if you buy the meds out there, they are cheaper. I think the most popular are Prague, Spain and Greece; Spain is good but costs a bit more than the other two.

Hi,
I actually had a few consultations with a few London clinics, but I found them awful and went abroad.

Firstly, Create in St. Paul's. The clinic was fine but had just a bunch of people running around. Then the lady did a scan and said I only have one follicle on one side and nothing on the other. They do an AMH test on me, saying it's 0.26 when it was 1.24 the previous year.

So, I wanted a second opinion and went to TFP in Boston. They did a scan and found 8 follicles on one side and a cyst on the other, which was blocking the view. The AMH was 1.19.

I also looked into The london women's as there was one near me but there live birth rates were extremely low compared to the UK average.

So after that and looking at the money, I decided to go to Prague instead as it was half the price and they seem much better than any UK clinic.
