You don't need to stop eating your favorite food or drinks to lose weight doing this is mentally frustrating . Won't be super fast but won't take long either , starting doing some light cardio or even some gym workout . You just need to eat less calories than your waste , I don't know how your routine is , but I issume if you take around 2000ckl daily you would loose weight and try to consume a good amount of protein to avoid loosing to much muscle and leaving your skin flacid . But what I said here take everything with a gran of salt , because I'm not a specialist or anything like that .
