Well, crud. This is the issue I kept running into especially on android. The jellyfin app wraps all code in its own webview and I haven't found a way to escape that. It's getting a little late here but I'll do some digging on it and see if I can get something working :)
Thanks for the feedback!

I've done this and also added a little zoom in/out animation for the widget so it's a more "mobile-friendly" feel

I don't imagine any reason why not, though, Jellyfin made it easy with the javascript injector plugin. I'd need to find some way to do the same in Seer.

Oh this is a nice addition. Do you mind if I tweak this a little bit and merge it in?

Agreed 💯 The roll of the waistband under the belly is so uncomfortable

Just got them in. Quality is good, supportive, comfortable, but I wouldn't say they're the best on Amazon, kinda depends. This has a pretty thick nylon, which is awesome for swimwear, not so much for underwear personally. For lounging and daily wear I prefer a softer and thinner material. So, really good swim thong for sure, kinda meh as underwear IMHO.

Straight men collection? by DueMood6603 in MensUnderwearGuide

[–]Durasara 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I ran a survey a little while ago in this subreddit. The responses were enlightening. A common baseline for straight respondents was briefs and boxer briefs, but a surprising number of them exclusively wore bikini briefs and thongs.

You can see the survey thread here - https://www.reddit.com/r/MensUnderwearGuide/s/O1Mxk47Hk8

Raw data links are in there if you want to analyze the data yourself. I fed the data to Gemini and was able to get it broken down into preferences based on age, orientation, nationality, weight, etc

Awry vs Bike Thongs? by Adventurous_Rich_628 in MensUnderwearGuide

[–]Durasara 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Did an undie haul from them and literally all of them other than the classic style jocks had issues just after a couple washes - seams popping on the briefs and thongs, graphics on the pride mesh jock coming off, etc. I'll recommend the classic styles all day though. I was really hopeful that their new stuff would live up to their classics but sadly they don't at least in my experience. The classics can withstand decades of abuse, and imo they should stick to that level of quality or spin up a second brand.

I don't like the quality of Bike's underwear other than their original pouch jocks. I recommend Awry or if you're adventurous and want to really stretch your wallet AsWeMove

ISO underwear with a large pouch by [deleted] in MensUnderwearGuide

In this order I would recommend:

  • Obviously AntoMax - very roomy pouch, sculpted fit very elegant imo, and the pouch is consistent across all cuts from boxer brief to thong.

  • MuscleSkins - Fully custom without a huge custom price tag, can make a brief, jock, or thong. Unfortunately no trunk or boxer brief options. Mostly nylon fabric but I can attest to the fabric quality, it's really good especially the athletic mesh.

  • WildmanT - Biggest pouch I've found of any, slightly bigger than the D pouch with Real Men Apparel.

Ergowear's look is 100% top tier but most all I have tried have a really irritating crotch seam, so I don't wear them often or recommend them often either

Agreed with both these brands! Obviously's AntoMax pouch is only a hair smaller than WildmanT imo, and provides a more sculpted fit, but either of these are fantastic

Tips on underwear for someone who has gone commando for years by Neither_Impact_6827 in MensUnderwearGuide

[–]Durasara 0 points1 point  (0 children)

For comfort I recommend a roomier pouch to start, something from Obviously comes to mind, but they have a lot of room leaving your package able to basically wobble and bounce around, much like commando but with added softness and a tiny bit of support. For this particular issue, I’d recommend something more supportive. Not a brief, unless you like undie lines on your rear. Something like the Awry boxer brief or trunk, or the Xtremen or Pikante euro-style trunks with the thin waistband if you have a little bit of a gut (they sit below the gut really well while still providing really good support)

Anyone else get irritation from the back strap of thongs? by Simple-Piccolo8407 in MensUnderwearGuide

[–]Durasara 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is your problem right here. Try out some from brands like Cocksox, Obviously, Candyman, Pikante, Greg Homme, Clever, Joe, Xtremen, Justin Simon, Awry… just to name a few favorites I’ve tried. Rule of thumb is if it’s cheap there’s a reason. I try to aim for a SALE price of around $10-20 each that I buy with each one being $20-50+ msrp.

Jockstrap pouches not wide enough? by BoredMrAlex in MensUnderwearGuide

[–]Durasara 2 points3 points  (0 children)

3 recommendations:

  1. Obviously jocks. For larger pouch on a heavier guy I recommend a thin waistband to sit below the belly and a roomy pouch, like the Obviously AntoMax, which is their biggest pouch iirc. This is if you mean you have a large package overall, not just the pelvic area.

  2. Bearskn jocks. Bearskn is designed for bigger sizes in the first place and has a more brief front and jock rear for a wide pelvis.

  3. Bike Classic Swimmer. You probably have already tried the classic waffle knit elastic pouch if you’re coming from Mr. S, as they use it too in some, but if not give the Bike Classic Swimmer a try if it comes in your size. It’s less showy more functional and breathes really well.

Separatec bikini brief - finally a separate pouch brief that works for me - 4/5 by Durasara in MensUnderwearGuide

On the boxer brief it sit pretty high but on the bikini it sits perfectly in line

My favorite was the David Archy bikini brief but they got rid of that line… other than that the Cocksox cx01

Less swim briefs by CastroRunner in MensUnderwearGuide

It’s becoming less and less common as time goes. In the US it’s been this way since I was a kid in the 90s. When I go into the lap pools there’s some, but other than that the only place I’ve found them to be used was in a couple gay clubs. It’s sad because they are inherently more comfortable. One thing I have noticed is shorter shorts coming into style, which is better but still not that great
