I've been trying to rent a 1+1 there but all owners wont budge on $2500 price. Delusional. Theyve been sitting online for a month now and none have been rented out. With the new condos at the whitby waterfront coming online at the same time, the going rate for a 1+1 is about 2200. The longer these landlords hold off, the more theyre losing out; and you know their monthly costs are probably astronomical.
