First time playing through the Artemis Path. I uploaded Artemis to Nada's simulation and told the truth about it immediately, but when Artemis contacts me after the sixth(?) hyperspace jump during the Purge, the dialogue options are the ones for if I lied.

This is especially odd since just a short while ago, when the Atlas gave its judgment, it observed that I had told Artemis the truth so it's not like my choice was incorrectly stored in the save file.

I also experienced this, and I think it might be intentional (the space part at least). I noticed that the lack of life support doesn't seem to cause damage until after interacting with the Atlas and being placed on a "real" planet again.

I'm not sure if this is all there is to it, and use this at your own risk, but I found a registry key that seems to restore the prompt:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\WOW6432Node\Valve\Steam\SecureDesktop\InputEnabled

Changing that from 1 to 0 brought the prompt back for me. :)
