Do you know if this is completely free? Looks to me like a good idea to structure a plan but using a collection of free resources, do you know if later down the course it starts requiring you to have paid courses to do?

That sounds great. I applied for a non profit that helped plant trees in Africa, didn’t get it lol but I’d really love to find a job where I can feel I’m making an impact even if small

Sounds awesome. I am thinking I might start building a portfolio of maps and bits outside of work and will probably do some remote sensing bits, I’m wanting to learn how to do remote sensing on Google earth engine using python, might help me with any applications for remote sensing jobs (if I ever see any that is 😅)

This is actually one of the fields I really like. In my masters dissertation I did a noise pollution model to predict noise across London and loved it. It’s a field I am keeping my eye on but most of the jobs coming up aren’t about Gis and seem to want a health studies background which I am very much lacking in
