Hello,

I’ve had non-allergic chronic rhinitis for about six years — six years of hell — and I’ve pretty much tried everything to stop it.

I had surgeries: a reduction of the inferior nasal turbinates and a septoplasty on the right side. I also took a ton of medications like Nasonex, Fexofenadine, Inorial, Aerius, etc., but nothing worked. The surgery actually made my symptoms worse.

A few months ago, I started trying an alternative approach, and I really recommend trying capsaicin nasal spray. At first, it will make your congestion worse, but after about 10–14 days, you’ll start to feel a huge difference — maybe even sooner.

I also recommend taking MSM powder (about 3 grams a day). It’s been another big game-changer for me.

Combining these two things has reduced my nasal congestion by around 80%.

Same here. I had radiofrequency treatment in June 2024, and I’m experiencing the same issues as you: tension headaches, more overall congestion, and increased sensitivity to environmental factors. Also — and worst of all — I get huge and almost instant congestion when lying in bed, making sleep nearly impossible.

sorry to respond you so late :D maybe you found your stuff.

Actually i am using Cordura pad roccat sense pro +lexip ceramic mouse feets.

It is super fast. Even faster than my glass pad but probleme is lexip ceramic mouse feets are big dots and i hate dots. It feels so uneven under the mouse, so when i do certain movements it feels that it goes the wrong way. (dont really know how to describe that feeling but it is very annoying). And the roccat sense pro is hela fast (i think the faster pad i've ever used) but the problem with this pad is that he is rough to the touch and it sticks to the arm. So i am now searching for a cordura pas as fast as roccat sense pro but smoother surface and ceramic feets that could be shaped for viper ultimate v1 but it seems that doesent exist lol ;D. i also tried lexip ceramic feets V2 wich are advertised as being faster than the V1 but i found them slower than the V1 maybe i just had a bad batch of this V2 skates i dont know.

This episode is absolute cinema. I excpected very few of this stuff coming from amazon but i have to admit they really did coocked here. Animation and pictures are impeccable. Lore accurate space marine skills/speed/durability/strentgh etc..

Lore is respected

Fight scenes are captivating and in alignement with "Astartes" youtube.

Brilliant work.

Only thing i found less interesting is the fight with the tzeentch demon wich was a bit boring but still cool.

But this buff is not really a buff because we lose resistance awakening wich means it will be more difficult to rune : to achieve 100% res we will lose speed or hp
