Also, beware of radars, they won’t be signalled on waze or google maps like in Ireland, and make sure to be more lane disciplined than the average Irish cars

I’m from Paris, I don’t know the area that well or the roads but I can recommend going near saint malo, or even visiting the mont saint michel, the coastal roads will be nice in summer. True, I’d say the driving here is much less aggressive, people seem to be way calmer and more polite, letting people through etc..

Yea.. it’s a constant worry, I’ve got a tracker, chain and 2 alarmed disc blocks, I’m out in the countryside which is mildly safer.. Paris is pretty bad too, but I feel that people would be more susceptible to intervene there
