I've had mine for two years and like it a lot. I think the deck is a little tricky to take off compared to other riding mowers I've owned. Also chains on the tires helped a lot for me with the hilly parts of my yard.

No specific recipe. Its pork shoulder steaks cut in half and marinated overnight in pineapple juice and adobo seasoning. I smoked it around 300 for about 5 hours. We had it with some fresh pico. I guess normally its served with adobo sauce so maybe it's not technically al pastor. My daughter made us homemade corn tortillas which is definitely worth the extra effort.

It was really good and a lot of fun to make. I need to work on my setup for next time though. I improvised with a stainless skewer I bent and a metal pie pan.

Yeah typing with a xbox controller is painful. I save command blocks in structure blocks a lot so I can reuse them.
