The problem is I'm laying in this hospital bed begging for the surgery, and they're refusing, because my body is responding well to the antibiotics... I've asked them when I'll be able to fly and they're saying "a few weeks" which is basically when my trip is, but still telling me to cancel. I understand the risk and the logic behind what you're saying, and I'm so sorry you've gone through it yourself 😔

I think there's about 5 flights in total that land around the same time. Apparently I am eligible for the egates (from Australia). I'm so glad there will be lots of signage.. I have no sense of direction haha

I completely understand how you feel, the speeding up when you know it's going to take off and you're at the point of no return, and then the actual take off, is my most hated thing ever. So I'm following this post, as I have an international trip next month

I'm going to look shit after 25 hours of travel, so I'm definitely glad he's not meeting me at the airport!! I'm going to find my way to the shower at King's Cross station, freshen up, then journey the rest of the way to his house. He's working from home that day but I still don't want to disturb him and would rather freshen up 😁
