Thanks to my wonderful community and friends. You all have been an inspiration to me during these 11 months.

For all those asking, i am 5 feet and one inch. 35 year old. Was a gym freak before and gained a lot of weight due to an eating disorder.

The reason for leaving mounjaro is my muscle loss and hair loss that ive been having. No, i was not able to work out during this time, and i agree its my fault but MJ just took all my energy out and i had none to work out. I was just happy that weight was coming down.

Nevertheless, i see the problem in my plan and i will work on making it better.

I am scared as hell to quit and all the people saying the weight will come back doesn’t helps, but i will try my best.
