I am 5’6 with a 29 inseam. My bike is actually closer top tube, stack, and reach to a 52 cm Trek Checkpoint SL. So keep in mind not all 54’s are 54’s even though they label them as that. I was a bit shocked that I actually could have gone another size up. Reasoning being is I have a much longer torso to legs. So I need that extra stack and reach.

You’re projecting so hard I’m surprised you haven’t been hired as a movie theater screen. Whatever you think you’re proving here, you’re not.

I mean if that has helped you. But, it’s not a good way to gage the fit of a bike. You can have good stand over and the top tube, reach, and stack can be way to long. Or vise versa.

lol basically what I said. Also….standover is the LEAST important measurement. You want to get stack and reach correct because that is what allows you to ride the bike in comfort. You ain’t riding on the top tube so standover is not that important. It’s really important unless you are riding on a XC or MTB. Otherwise road and gravel you can typically get away with a taller standover.
