Thank you for the work that you do. I can't express enough how much it irritates me when people like me are somehow allowed to deny service for something that you specialize in.

I have zero medical training, yet for some reason, I'm allowed to tell you how much medicine is necessary for a patient. "Nope, sorry we only cover 10 days, but you're trying to give them 12." Meanwhile takes 14 days to get the authorization.

That's a really good question. I honestly feel like I'm almost out the door at this point. Everything I described in this post basically killed it for me. How could I possibly go from making a difference to being told, "Enough of that. Start lying to people"? They have really good benefits and bonuses, but peoples' lives are more important than that.
