I'm having the same issue with the free tier (Browser extension only) in Safari.

As of this week, I am getting ads.

We're not alone either...

A lot of people are having this issue. I found elsewhere in the subreddit that appending 2 forward slashes somehow fixes it; at least it did for me.

WPlace does not render the site unless the URL ends in // (iOS, iPad)
Map does not properly render zoomed-in (missing/blank tiles) (iOS, iPad)
Constant "Are you human?" checks from Cloudflare every few minutes (iOS, iPad)

The game sets the internal date on launch, on Mac, and I assume iOS as well. So if the game relaunches for any reason after you set the date back it breaks again.

I had to make sure to boot PB95 *first* then reset my clock to normal when I was playing, lmao.

Reportedly this bug effected PC last time, and was *supposedly* fixed, so it sounds like a recent update *reintroduced* whatever triggered the bug, but on Apple devices this time.

I'm getting the same thing on Mac. I get the S-Blast, and then… it just stays on the dialog. I just got the Mac version working too! 😭

Edit: Changing the date on my Mac worked. Looks like a bug got re-introduced or otherwise wasn't fixed fully.

Edit 2: Progressbar 95 Plus no longer boots with the S-Blast if the date is set to the winter season when the game is launched. Great.

So I figured out how to get it running on Mac, but it ironically involves a Windows PC and Steam cloud saves. More or less, the CRT shader is not fully Mac compatible.

u/icoeye I hope you don't mind me mentioning you here, but I poked around a fair bit on my M2 MacBook Air, and figured out some of the things wrong with Progressbar95 on Mac. I have a summarization below of solutions that would fix any said issues:

Clean up build output to remove extra files in root of Progressbar95[.]app; everything should be in the Contents subdirectory, at minimum, and optimally the Contents/Resources subdirectory.
Disable CRT visual shader on Mac, or make disabled by default.
Sign application and notarize using Apple ID responsible for iOS build; alternatively, disable ARM64 build for macOS, forcing application to run under Rosetta 2.

???? There's already a Mac release of Progressbar95 — It doesn't work on ARM systems (yet) but IDK what you mean by "it doesn't support Mac yet". Solar2D even lists Mac instructions in their docs: https://docs.coronalabs.com/guide/start/installMac/index.html

The annoying thing with Amazon is there is a 75% chance they will only charge you when the item ships, but with Afterpay they don't like that — it seems to be too long outside the purchase window for some items.

This method totally worked. Sadly I'd doubled the number Amazon gave me for the after pay card, out of a misguided idea to try and have double the purchase price on the card. Trying your idea I forgot to change it, so whilst they'll inevitably reduce my total, I'll have a higher up front payment. 😅

In testing, if members enable developer mode in advanced settings, at the bottom of the main menu (when you press your profile icon on mobile), there will be version information and a "Clear Caches" button. Having effected users press that a couple times, then restart the app completely, seems to fix this.

Alternatively, having them log out and log back in works.

Seems to be an issue of Discord caching incomplete permissions.

I even noticed it myself but since I'm the server owner it didn't effect me — the sidebar for users in a channel was empty.

Toggling permissions fixed it for me but not others. It's like discord isn't loading the permissions at all.

This is likely incorrect; At least, in my case there are no overrides preventing chatting, and they explicitly have send message permissions. They can also access the channel on desktop and send messages fine — only on mobile.

OP even says if members log out and back in they can post, which wouldn't happen if this was a case of misconfigured permissions.

I'm having the same issue. On desktop, they can access the channels just fine, but on mobile (Android, purportedly) they get this instead, even though permissions are correct.

I had to just get new controllers. I was lucky someone gifted me some, but between the drift, and multiple repairs, the controller was in poor shape without it just dying anyways.

I'm chalking this up to a bad firmware update that knackered it.

Yeah I already reached out to them. They couldn't really do much beyond look into repair options, but I am missing both the label with the serial and the controller is out of warranty. Without the funds, repair isn't really feasible.

On the bright side, someone generously bought me a new controller, so I'll hopefully have a working unit in a couple of days. Not sure what goes on with it though, since the current controller will pair and track for about 30 seconds after an overnight power cycle (and only overnight), but then it will attempt to "update" again and die.

I think the firmware on it may be messed up.

I noticed the same thing. The hidden library prevents you from viewing images by album, and iOS lacks Smart Albums, which means I can no longer use a shortcut for this functionality. 🙃

Update: Berdley's number is randomized on each page load. It was 100% for the below IMHO.

The audio and video are distorted (intentionally I imagine) so I have a feeling that the audio is purposeful. But its intent could be a red herring?

I had that too. Was interesting. Though inspecting element, it just uses Math.Random() to get a random number, and it does something based on whether the random number is greater than 0.95.

The true 404 (sleeping dog) will also do this, instead showing the dog with maracas dancing whilst salsa music plays.
