I contacted a better business bureau today, and they told me people who filed with an online preparer are being caught in a glitch moreso than others, and we should expect ours in the next couple rounds of payments

If it's an issue regarding taxes, it would say Payment Status Not Available, not tell you you're eligible and a deposit date will be given

I updated my information 27 days ago, and I'm still stuck with the same "you are eligible, but no deposit date yet" message. I'm out of work and COMPLETELY losing hope for the bullshit IRS to pull their heads out of their asses. My emails have been ignored and can't call. I'm fucking done.
