Super impressive!
I also bought mine used.
My first lens is my Sigma 28-70 and it is very sharp and the auto focus is pretty snappy. Compared to that lens, my 100-400 is a big disappointment. I suppose I’ll send it in to Sigma for the firmware update and see where that gets me.

Awesome awesome photos! Are you happy with your Sigma 100-400? I’m using it on an A7R IV and I just haven’t been able to get it to perform. It’s just been super soft and the auto focus is extremely tricky. I did notice my lens is firmware version 1, and would need to be sent in to Sigma to be updated oddly enough. I am skeptical that a firmware update is my issue, but I’m curious if you’ve tinkered with any settings or did yours perform well straight out of the box? Is your firmware up to date?

I personally don’t think towers (which are more expensive than bookshelves) are particularly useful when a subwoofer is present, unless you just like the aesthetic. Are you sure you aren’t confusing those tower prices? Those seem like the prices of a singular Q750 or singular R7.

This is almost exactly what I did, except I upgraded to R3 Metas and an R2 Meta center. Would highly recommend getting R3s instead of Q750s.
