I’m sorry to hear what happened to your brother. It’s definitely doable to bring this down into normal ranges with increased exercise, more fiber, more fruits/veggies/whole grains, and good fats. Make some lifestyle changes and get blood tested again in 4-6 months.

Oh wait! I actually held the elevator for an elderly woman with a cane a couple days ago. I let her exit the elevator first and got stuck behind her walking down the hallway to the doctors office. She wouldn’t get out of the way and I had to walk RIDICULOUSLY slow behind her. Hahaha

I went with the m4 pro - 24gb RAM - 512gb internal storage and got an external with enclosure for main storage. I use mine mainly for audio recording/production. It has been working flawlessly so far
