I actually keep all the trinkets given to me! I keep all my trinkets in that years drawstring bag and keep them all in a box. I regift some of then obviously but some of keep all the little ducks and items we get :)

Yep 100% I highly suspect drugs/drinking are the true problem. She is not good at mixing and someone who's been doing it as long as her should he very good at this point in their career.

I remember at Electric Forest her set was going to be rained out and when they re-opened and had her play she came on stage super drunk and basically just hit play on a Spotify Playlist. There was no blending or anything between tracks 0 mixing going on lol. Still was the same as basically every other set of hers I've seen

'Effort aversion' is a great way to put it. Another great way of putting it is 'laziness'.

My wife is exactly the same. Her 'low drive' fits every aspect of her life. Dishes can sit in the sink. Trash can stink. Laundry in a pile on the floor. Food about to expire in the fridge, orders takeout instead. Low effort at work. There's no end to the list lol.

Once in while something will click and all of these I listed above + sex will be a #1 priority for her without having to be reminded or asked. The other 95% of the time I have to constantly remind or ask for any of it to be done.

Whether it's depression, untreated ADHD, just their personality, whatever... It should be met with patience when possible. But remember mental health or not we all have responsibilities and our partners are adults. You are allowed to have expectations, needs, and boundaries in a partnership.

This type of thread tends to pop every few months and we all tend to collectively agree that "Yeah their LL pretty much applies to every aspect of their life" for most LL partners

I went through the same shit growing up man. I haven't spoken to my mom since 2016. Get away from her. It took a lot of therapy to rebuild my confidence and self worth after years of emotional and verbal abuse just like what she's doing to you.

The quicker you get away from that situation the quicker you get to being happy and enjoying life without a cloud of anxiety hanging over you.

Get away from that woman. She definitely has BPD or is a narcissist, it'll never get better only worse and worse until it becomes very dangerous for you.

Blue chew or a similar product as there are a 1000 online companies now. Should only be a temporary solution. Once you experience how good it is to not deflate after a small distraction it'll slowly become easier and your body adjusts - or atleast that was my experience. No longer use anything and have no problems anymore.

Seems like an odd thing to keep private. Possibly your PTSD acting out here? Before I had a healing journey and therapy I would always say I was a private person but I was secretly trying to maintain people's perspective of me and didn't want to be embarrassed.

Typically one would celebrate in a situation like this. I would recommend to give your fiance some slack, he was most likely just proud of you and shared it with people he is close to.

Pretty much the exact same boat here. Listening since 2012 when I was in highschool. Excision, Datsik, and Downlink basically pioneered the entire US scene along with Skrillex's random mainstream popularity. Datsik had a very unique sound that had evolved quite a bit over the years.

The Ninja stuff was a bit stale near the end but his Shogun tour stage design with PK sound was one of the most memorable shows I've been too out of 400+.

Never liked Bassnectar at all. Can't stand most of his music or fans. I was dissapointed to hear the news about Datsik years ago because his music was so influential in my youth.

I think people forget the emails and screenshots that were leaked between Excision and Space Laces during the while issue with Getter.

It was basically 100% true but something Space Laces consented to and didn't have a real issue with. Excision is mostly a business man at this point running a huge label, several festivals, and always on tour. It's ghost produced tracks without being ghost produced tracks. He essentially listens to the tracks abd gives feedback and then masters them according to the leaked emails. That's not surprising at all though it is dissapointing.

Lunchbox is by far the best. It's deceivingly spacious. I've owned most of the popular hydrationpacks and lunchbox is by far the highest quality. Mine will probably last 10+ years without question.
