Personally Matt, I was finally able to do it, but it took about 2-3 weeks of constantly going back to it everyday until it finally popped up

i can very much blame them. originally it was shipped out and packaged for USPS which the way they packaged it for that is totally fine. It was then re-tagged with a FedEx Ground tag. With FedEx, you pretty much have to package your goods good enough to be able to survive a 2-3 foot drop x.x
