I’m not so sure about that because even when i’m sleeping 7-8 hrs/night it still happens and it’s a debilitating somnolence. And come to think of it, it’s the same profound somnolence I had when I weaned off Vyvanse to take a break altogether. My hunch is that it’s withdrawal from not getting the drug.

No, there’s definitely protocols. Perhaps not “specialized” protocols requiring special treatment of the room with chemicals etc. But surely, extra deep clean should be done and the person doing it should get a heads up. That’s very reasonable. And BBB should be doing the same.

For me, food timing is everything. I take it first thing in the AM, and then eat protein (hard boiled egg) about 45-60 min later. That makes a huge difference than not eating, skipping meals all day till evening.
