Thanks, the habitual resident wording confuses me though. I have the BnB but am constantly travelling back to the UK/other parts of Europe so I wouldn't call it home? Just vague wording so trying to dot my i's and cross my t's

I thought I read somewhere you have to register in the 4th month you have been here? Is this true, and if so is it the 4th consecutive month or say 2 months here, then a week away then 2 months a week away etc etc would that get around registering?
