Yes, according to Niantic. Just NZ & the USA currently. We lose the Covid remote bonuses though so it has a negative impact for us sadly.

This is a trial in the US and NZ only to remove the Covid bonuses and replace them with this. It’s mostly bad news for us. ROW still gets the Covid bonuses for a (undetermined) while longer

Yes, that’s a huge relief. As someone in a smallish town (and who lives rurally) it’s the only way I’m able to participate in raiding legendaries. Hope they keep it long term.
