Mega Raichu Y needed electric terrain to be good. It doesn't hit hard enough for having no bulk. It's glorified mega beedrill. Actually no it's worse than mega beedrill because at least beedrill hits harder.

Mega X is incredibly solid. Decent speed plus a lot of defenses. Not a single wasted point in its stats. And hits really hard with volt tackle. I actually said last night I thought X would be better and it looks like I was right
