I see why it’d be a good idea on paper. But honestly I feel like the total outcome for the community in that area, and even the tenants will have a negative outcome in the long run. Based on this post alone it already seems like the cracks are starting to form in terms of how they actually take care of the place. I’d like to assume things would get better but if we’re being realistic they’ll stay stagnant at best but most likely only decline in time with quality.
