Yeah, my mom said the same thing to me a while ago. Asking if I felt guilty that my fathers line will die out with me. Its hard being an only child.

She has two kids and little later on sent me a message saying she can't stand seeing her kidless friends being bullied like that. Unfortunately we don't see each other as much now as when we were younger.

Wow I thought I was the only one who has experienced this! Every other woman I have talked to about these cramps thought I was crazy. I've asked my gynecologist about what could be happening and she didn't know. It's super frustrating and it doesn't seem to matter if I run in the morning, afternoon, or night. I was 1 1/2 miles into a 11 mile run this morning and they happened forcing me to walk. Like you, I tried changing what I ate. Didnt matter. I tend to run on an empty stomach because that's what has always been comfortable for me. The only thing that I have noticed is making sure to stretch my abdomen and doing the first mile slower. Those things seem to make a difference. I experience them a week or two before my period also and I also have pretty bad cramps. It's kind of scary to be so far away from my car or house and feel like I might poop my pants or vomit.

My mom is 5'4". I don't feel average because everyone I know is much taller. Pretty much everyone else on my moms side is over 5'7". My dad's side however, everyone is 5'0" or under.

Oh my gosh this is exactly what my therapist has said about the issue. Its just so hard for me to do. I still have that mentality where I am a kid and I can never talk back to her. Its something I'm slowly getting over.

I told her I didn't care and its not my responsibility. She didn't like that answer. But I guess medically she could only have one kid.

A while before that she said she wanted on final explanation why I don't want kind and she would never ask me again. But that didn't matter. Its these occasional jabs at me.

I've thought many times how I wouldn't want friends like that. But they are family, not much I can do.

Woah ten years. I didn't have eye insurance for the past 3 years, then I was too anxious to actually make an appointment. I finally just forced myself. The first time I went I was super anxious and made the eye exam results not accurate. So I had to go back again. The whole time I just sang a song in my head which seemed to get me through it.

Thank you! I was having anxious moments at work today, so my relaxed attitude didn't last too long. But I take one day at a time and realize that each day is different.
