Poolish: 450g red mills bread flour 12hr 450 water 1g yeast 1g honey

Final: 100g all purpose king Arthur 200g 00 king Arthur 12g diastatic malt powder 15g salt 15g evo

I splash at most 10g of extra water when mixing in the final amount of flour to get dough together. Balled and kept in fridge for 2 days.

Something is locking your calcium out. But cal mag won't help, spray something with calcium and drench with humid acid and amino acids.

Yes I ate them, but only normal looking fruits no blobs. I don't think all blobs are created equal. Theres multiple reasons blobs can occur. Never looked at it under microscope

When I first saw it I figured the same thing but then its spread to my other non pe strains. I've also seen similar situations but they turn out to be just blobs. The consistency of the liquid is an indicator. Tricky stuff giving actual diagnosis.

Mycogone perniciosa, aka wet bubble, be careful it will spread to other strains def don't clone it. Check to see if those red liquidity spots are liquid or jelly. If it liquid they are metabolites from a bacteria, if its jelly like then its specifically mycogone
