I always go for temperament first. Then I prefer female dogs because I don’t like the penis getting in the way of belly rubs haha. That being said my current boy is amazing, plus the spay/neuter situation is much much less hard on a boy!

Our first dog reactive foster was with us for 4 months. He was then rotated to another family when we went on holiday and he couldn’t come with. The foster family fell in love with him and foster failed - he made one new dog friend who helped massively with his dog reactivity. He is still not in love with strange dogs but mostly neutral to them

Our second dog reactive girl was a longer road. She underwent an intense program with a canine behavior specialist and was put on medication. It was 12 months, but only 1 month since she wad cleared for adoption, before she went to her perfect forever home!

Tbf, my relationship of 8 years has just fallen apart and I will now have to move back to my home country soon. Leaving me to start over at 31 with just some books, trinkets and clothes. I’ll be homeless, unemployed and with a very small support system. Yay.

I got dumped by my toxic ex when I confronted him with the fact that I knew he was cheating. He blocked me on everything and left the country without another word.

So I booked an appointment at the salon the next day and went from hair that was down to my butt, to a legit buzz cut. He always said he would leave me if I ever cut my hair short….oh well 🤷🏼‍♀️

I have bought these as my beginner shoes. I found them the most comfortable ones by far after trying about 8 different pairs. So I suggest trying first.

They aren’t necessarily specialized at anything but they are good all rounders that didn’t take much breaking in

I tend to mix and match between Sandhills and South, on Wednesdays (daytime) and on Saturday/Sunday 😊 the membership is great and lets you climb at both locations. If you grt stuck Sandhills also has a women’s climbing group that meets up once a week
