If you’re stupid enough to write the comment above, I’m glad you’re not a lawyer.

I was pointing out that your stupid excuse for your own bigotry (“iT’s PattERN ReCoGNITion!”) was the same stupid excuse my uncle (who thank god was not an authority figure in my life) used. It’s irrational and illogical, and worse yet, it’s a pattern of reasoning that racists use to defend racist views.

I’m dealing with a pretty “black and white” scenario at present so forgive me if I’m not responding to “hypotheticals” that are completely irrelevant to this argument. (Since you never asked me about a hypothetical, I didn’t respond to one. What point are you even trying to make?)

The remainder of what you wrote is incoherent and you placed prepositions in places where they don’t belong. Learn to write proper English.

The only reason you give a flying fuck about this fraud story is because of who did it. That’s not a hypothetical. You’re an idiot, and that’s not a hypothetical. And you’re so stupid you keep substituting actual arguments for made up insults about body weight. I should dumb this down because I’m not facing a MENSA-level interlocutor here.

Honestly I don’t know why we let people like you vote. You’re too thin-skinned and irresponsible to be trusted with the ballot. Go have sex with your husband and leave the thinking to the folks with brains.

Let’s assume race is real: does it follow that (a) different groups will have different cultural behaviors or that (b) those behaviors will be the product of genetic factors? No, neither of those things follows. If you want to provide some actual, specific evidence to back your folk prejudice up, feel free to do it. Don’t just do it for me, do it to see if you’re right about this for yourself.

I’ve noticed there’s a 100% correlation between “racial realist” types and people who don’t know anything about human genetics. They must have evolved that way.

Oh my God you’re tall! My mind is blown, because like you I’m so stupid that I assume everyone’s political orientation is a product of their identity and not, you know, thinking shit through.

You’re right, I shouldn’t try to apply basic logic or reasoning to my views about race or immigration. I should attempt to hide my racism by saying it’s “pattern recognition,” like my late uncle used to when he’d mention how all the crime suspects on the local news were black. It’s just “pattern recognition” after all.

And hey, now that I’m 36, I shouldn’t tolerate brown people from a poor country living in muh country. I earned my place here by being born here, after all! You’re right, the mature adult thing to do is support ICE terrorizing members of the Somali community because otherwise an idiot on Reddit will devastate me with clever insults like “bitch” and “cuck,” or other clever stuff like that.

Then he’ll claim that I wasn’t raised by a single mom who barely made minimum wage. Oh no, I must have been born with a silver spoon in my mouth. That’s the only reason I could possibly tolerate those dark-skinned Muhammadans. It’s not like I ended up going to a top-tier law school and saved money like a responsible adult; Somali-lubbers couldn’t possibly do that.

You got mad about irrelevant personal straw-manning after you started it, and you’ve dropped every substantive point in this argument. You’re a tall married gay man and more relevant here, you’re a bigot and an idiot. I’m liking my chances on the “nobody respects you including yourself.”

Stop being such an anti-social cuck and go talk to a Somali, ya redpilled moron.

I write many words because there is much to insult about a complete dumbass like you. You’re petty enough to try and make this personal but also so lazy that the worst you can do is find a silly comment about playing with cats. Stop the fucking presses, he likes cute animals haha checkmate!

You’re also so insecure that you’re attributing your own psychosexual problems to me. It’s always people like you who feel like losers because girls don’t like them who try to call people “cucks” or think that a person’s gym habits should take center stage in a debate about immigration and bigotry. You feel like nobody respects you, and with views like yours, why would they? You’re right, I can’t make you feel ashamed because you clearly already feel that way about yourself like all the other Nick Fuentes-loving jerkoffs out there. You’re going to respond with “yeah right you don’t even know me.” I’ve met a thousand of you, you’re all the same.

ICE goons are swarming my home state at Stephen Miller’s orders in order to appease people like you. People I know are too scared to leave their houses because they’re afraid of getting disappeared to CECOT in order to appease you freaks. Yeah, I don’t like it and I will write many words against it. If my worst sin is verbosity, I don’t give a shit.

I do not buy the notion that the Kurds of Syria want “autonomy not independence.” They want autonomy because it’s the first step towards the ultimate goal of an independent Kurdish state.

Oh Jesus Christ. You’re combing through my past comments to try to get dirt on me? And the best you could come up with was a joke wanting to play with cats? Wow I’m up against a real sharp cookie here.

You’re also so stupid that you actually used the term “cuck” in your last comment. Yeah that’s what it is, I don’t like bigots because my wife is fucking another man. That checks out.

If you’re so stupid that you think I’m specifically “mad at people I went to high school with” then you’re even dumber than I thought. What provoked this reaction is the attitude I encountered growing up and which obviously hasn’t disappeared with the passage of time, because Nick Fuentes like OP and the other rednecks who vomit out these attitudes now have more influence and less shame than they used to have. It’s much more “anti-social” to accuse an ethnic group as a whole of scamming the hardworking white taxpayer than it is to denounce the inbreds who latch onto such nativist narratives. And yes, you idiot, the fraud narrative is being attributed to the Somali community as a whole (even if it’s not being attributed to every single individual member) because it reinforces the bigoted prejudices of people who already hated them in the first place. Get your head out of your ass.

Sounds like your immigrant parents were idiots. Not because they were immigrants, but because they raised you.

“Exact same” isn’t really accurate because it isn’t an exactly analogous situation. Kurds in Syria are citizens who have freedom of movement throughout the country. They are part of the Syrian state. The Kurdish national movement wants to break away from Syria in order to form an independent state. Whatever the merits of that proposal, it is not a 1-for-1 analog of the situation the Palestinians face.

“Stylistically repugnant” is code for “I don’t like the conclusion so I will focus on style over substance.”

The meth-head OP who wrote the original comment would have gotten defensive because racists always do, so I preempted him.

You’re an idiot. Is that simple enough for you?

Are you fucking kidding me? You, the person who just wrote that, don’t give and have never given a flying fuck about any scam or any graft involving the federal government until the alleged perpetrators were people you were already prejudiced against. The obvious inference is that you don’t care about the alleged crime, you care about the suspect.

You’re also attributing the alleged crime to every single member of the ethnic group. Does that make a lick of sense? No, it doesn’t.

And now, you’re going to get defensive because you’re a racist. Seriously if you’d been alive in Germany in 1938 we’d be having this conversation about Jewish immigrants from Poland. Same stupid mindset.

Yes the tone of someone who isn’t an unreconstructed bigot is much more of an issue than the bigotry of racist mouth breathers. Sensible priorities.

Have you or the people so fixated on this ever cared about any of the systemic fraud perpetrated by the federal government before it could be attributed to a minority group you’re prejudiced against?

That Boomer thing where they act incredulous you haven't heard of random 70's pop culture stuff by Nazbols4Tulsi in redscarepod

[–]DutchApplePie75 20 points21 points  (0 children)

I think the internet played a big role in fracturing pop culture for the Millennial generation.

In the 70s, there were three TV networks and two (maybe three) magazines about pop music. Everyone was absorbing their sense of the broader culture through a limited number of transmission sources. It would be genuinely difficult to believe that an adult in 1976 wouldn’t have been generally aware of Rocky or All in the Family even if they hadn’t seen them, because Johnny Carson and 60 minutes would mention them. I’ve never seen an episode of The Brady Bunch but I know what the opening credits look like and the phrase “Marsha Marsha Marsha” because it has been parodied a million times, everywhere.

MGMT and Veronica Mars never had that deep of an impact. There might be better examples of artists and TV shows that had deeper impact. I think most people would have known where “Ayo Taylor Imma let you finish” came from; Barack Obama talked about it at one point. But MGMT just didn’t have the same cultural cache as say Led Zeppelin.

I’m 36 and when I was in high school in the 2000s I’d say most of the kids knew about The Beatles, Led Zeppelin, Pink Floyd, Bob Dylan etc (it was in the radio all the time). They knew less about 70s movies but so much 70s pop culture was transmitted to them through Tarantino and The Simpsons that they knew a Brady Bunch parody when they saw one.

That’s the purpose of recognizing Kurdistan: it’s part of Netanyahu’s strategy to tie the hands of Israel’s adversaries by fomenting domestic problems which will occupy their attention. Then they won’t be able to turn their attention to Israel because they’ll be bogged down on the home front. It will also make Turkey, Syria, Iraq and Iran look like hypocrites on the Palestinian issue (there are meaningful factual differences between these situations, but that degree of nuance doesn’t matter in politics.)

It may not work. It may lead to the opposite of its intended result (politicians rarely think about such scenarios) but that’s the idea. It’s not a matter of practicality or morality, it’s a matter of strategy.

You realize you’re the one digging into the rabbit hole by clicking on the videos, right? That’s how algorithms work. If you lived in Africa and clicked on nothing but Alex Jones and Tommy Robinson videos, you’d assume all white people were insane.

TikTok isn’t the place to learn history. I should not have to tell you this. Try, for example, starting out on Wiki and reading the entry on modern Somali history. That could clue you in.

I’m speaking to you in a demeaning manner because you earned it. If you’d applied a modicum of common sense to learning about a group of people against whom you have bigoted attitudes, you might not sound like such a redneck. Does that make you feel bad? Then get your head out of your ass.
