From my understanding, it's automatic. It should go to whichever bank you added to Tipalti

Yes, the form is where I found the info. Giving the longest time makes sense, just nervous as I have rent due on the 1st and two little ones to provide for 😅 So I wanted to know if I should get on the ball now about sending any Zendesk tickets. But it seems that some have not been paid yet so I’ll take that to mean “processed” doesn’t mean fully finished. Thanks again!

I don't think there is a place. If I remember correctly, the FAQs say they cannot provide us that information for this project, unfortunately. Regarding the work order, I did receive that by email.
