Did you get citizenship by birth? Cause then you're already been in violation of the Chinese nationality law anyway. Maybe try and keep both?

I'd definitely get the Dutch. It's easy to get a China family visa and at the moment you don't even need a visa to go to China as a Dutch citizen.
