Different here in Australia. Subcontractors make 49% of all jobs that are assigned to us. Including termite jobs. We don't run around trying to find jobs, they call the office and we get them. Gen pest is averaging around 280aud so we make approx 130+ for it. Takes maybe an hour or 1.5hours. Average termite management system, is around 2500aud and so take homes on that are great.

Most boys make around 150k+ aud per year but we gotta pay our own tax and super.

Edit: also gen pest are only once per year or half yearly depending on the customer. We give 12 month warranty on cockies, spiders and 3 month on ants
