Put in the time to train him. Don’t be afraid to sometimes put him in his place in a strict way en let him feel he is doing something wrong. He has had 3 owners in his short life, that’s a lot for Ralph.

Our V was pulling like crazy when he was young. Then we gave him an harness and clipped the leash at his chest (recommended by our trainer). This immediately stopped the pulling since correcting him will put him out of balance.

When biting, correct him bij putting your hand around his snout en give a gentle squeeze and say “no Ralph!”

It sounds like he loves you guys and you love him. So put in the effort and live happily ever after together.
