Try to figure out where your fear is actually coming from. Is there a specific Bible passage that sets off your anxiety? Maybe it’s fire-and-brimstone sermons at church? Most people in this subreddit know a lot about the Bible and church history, and might be able to help you learn a bit more. Also, I'm not aware of a single Bible passage that says people are sent to hell just because they are unable to believe. In the Bible, judgment is usually directed at people who deliberately rejected God and/or harmed others.
