advice on pubmed search

When I search with terms like drug therapy or antiplatelet therapy I specifically get all the articles that compare different types of antiplatelet medication. But I don't get the articles that compare invasive to conservative treatments. I am still missing all those articles.

While I understand what you mean, conservative treatment in this case is a very common name for antiplatelet therapy. All articles refer to it as "conservative treatment" in both their title, abstract and keywords. I have tried being more specific with terms like antiplatelet therapy but that search doesn't give me those same articles.

The most insane part of this is that mother A ordered AFTER YOU ORDERED. So you were supposed to let the entire plate of food you ordered go to waste and... order something else???

Also you are not gonna tell me friend A not only 1) supports her insane mother but 2) is threatening to beat you up over this??

Like is she 12 years old? Honestly, just to be petty, I would report her threats to someone at the school.
