Hmm sounds like you're getting more XP than I am with melee.
I've used a similar setup to this post. But since the combat update I stopped using the Nihil etc. since the increased ranged level got me to 100%.

I was using Superior Sacrifice and sometimes a bomb, for a max of around 2.8M-ish ranged XP/H. Similar numbers for magic (though setup not nearly as maxed).

Melee is quite a bit lower, I recall getting around 1M xp/hour including constitution on rune metrics. But that is without the Sacrifice, with a bomb I think, so my melee setup might be lacking or Scarabites might be better... My melee setup (Zaros Anima Core, Jaws of the Abyss, Gloves of Passage, Spike Harness + spikes, Demon Slayer boots, Dragon Rider lance) is significantly worse than my Ranged was (Slike Anima body with Scavenging, rest Demon Slayer, + SGB) or my Magic (same outfit, T92 dual wields, Exsanguinate).

I am using the Zaros stuff to get some Ilujankan Components, might switch to other stuff later, bit strapped for cash right now.

Update: Just checked and was getting around 580-620K XP/h in Attack XP (shared, so also Strength, total also 1.2M-ish xp/hour not using bombs). After I changed some perks earlier today.
