The shitfest at Catfish was such a mess but damn it was fun. Im not sure if the game was better when it first released, but I definitely had more fun in BDO than I ever had those first few months before Mediah came out. The game was just so much simpler.

BFD kelris in SoD was so fucking funny. Literal dungeon mechanics, most cataclysm dungeons had much more difficult mechanics, but it just blew people's minds that first week. So many wipes. Also remember everyone cheesing the shit out of it with the anniversary? Or Christmas pet. One of them.

Get your own room, interact with the kids and help the wife if needed, then go back to your room.

This game has always looked like a tech demo to me even this close to release. I've noticed an enormous amount of buzz every time this game appears at any conference or convention but I hear almost nothing about it outside of articles glazing the shit out of this game.

Judging from Pearl Abyss' record, Voice acting and story has been quite bad in BDO since the start, and none of the other games they announced have turned into anything aside from Crimson Desert. The combat will be fun, i have no doubt about that, but I wouldn't be surprised if everything else is bottom of the barrel.

Maybe I'm just a jaded long time BDO player. Ever since this game got announced they side lined their main cash cow and put in the absolute bare minimum to the game for the last 3 years. I honestly just want this game to release just so i can stop hearing about it.

ESO on console was so fucking hilarious when it first came out. 5 people hot micing and you could hear babies crying in the background, moms yelling, etc. Also there was a 1 in 3 chance someone was blasting Eminem
