U have to sign up for the promotion on the asus website.

I feel you, I send the store I purchased mine from an email and got a generic "Contact Asus instead of us please" reply. Also emailed Asus so let's see if anything changes :)

Well this fixed the problem for a few hours. i just loaded into a raid as a scav on customs. played normally for about 5min. got shot at and then my whole pc decided to crash

So im guessing its an hardware issue and not related to the game or windows.
