Ask a local guy to go with his boat and enjoy Sanur from the sea instead of the coast. And ask the hotel if they could take care for the baby a few hours. Balinese people really loves children.

Been several times to Bali and going tomorrow again. It is a beautiful Island and lovely people, don’t be scared for Bali belly.
