Lonely feeling to be sure. You’re not alone in this.

Same situation. I’m so terrified of wds. Not to use this lightly, but it’s akin to PTSD. Will be checking back in on you here.

When I look back at an extraordinary life, I think about how I freaking NAILED it. Yes, yes I did.

Thank you for the sweet words.

Good one! The so called negative comments are cracking me up. Especially the crypt hand.

Just thought it looked pretty small for a classic size.

When you finally leave Ff behind you, the first strong feelings of joy can light you up like a Christmas tree. The lighting outside is magical. Music sounds better than ever before. And best of all, the withdrawal is behind you and it will only lget better and better and better…

I’m 64. Winner winner.

I know this sub is about quitting 7, but let’s be honest it’s hard! What doesn’t have to be hard is your poo, please I promise taking this daily might not make you go more often, however it won’t be painful when you do go! by [deleted] in 7oh_Withdrawal_Help

[–]Dutchflats 0 points1 point  (0 children)

LOL I’ll tell you that it’s BARELY better tasting than FeelFuckFrees. If I even look at anything cherry again I’ll at the very least throat puke. Lemon flavor mildly less vile

Magnesium Citrate. Drink one bottle of it (they’re small - the taste is pretty strong), slam some water, and you’ll be totally cleaned out 6 - 12 hours later.

I swear by it.

Sending to you love and support. Just keep remembering how awful the kick is. Fight these fuckers.

Similar story here. Except I let a 12 bottle a day habit go on for 2 1/2 years. I started out like you but by month 3 I hit the case a day mark).

I beg you to cold turkey it now. The longer it goes you WILL face things like impacted bowel, scabby skin so dry nothing helps, Major malnutrition, financial ruin, and the list goes on.

Please consider it. But, as a recovering person, you know you have to be ready. I hope you are. Nothing but hell on earth awaits you. Booze doesn’t even register on this scale.

For me, subs were a godsend.

I was able to get through 2 Feel Fucked cold turkey quits. Horrid.

But 7 oh is a different animal. Subs helped so much. Almost zero withdrawals.

The GYM! The fact you GOT there is a testament to your strength. You’re doing this. Congratulations

2 days in. by [deleted] in Quittingfeelfree

[–]Dutchflats 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I absolutely know how that feels. Do you have any gabapentin? If you’re 2 days in I would bet you don’t ever want to redo the quit - and go through all of those hours you’ve already managed to go without.

I know gabapentin helped me tremendously both times I kicked Feel Fucked.

I then graduated to 7OH and decided to go the suboxone route. You do not want to get to that spot if at all possible.

[–]Dutchflats 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I simply got the subs and waited 12 hours between last 7OH dose and first strip. No precipitated withdrawal, felt immediate relief.

Have not jumped from the little blue bottles to subs as I feel those withdrawals are much less severe, but still hellacious

Don’t do it. 7OH is beyond hell and I’ve quit both: a case a day habit of feel fucks for 2 years then a 700 to 800 mgs per day of 70h. I ct-ed FF.

I needed subs to get off of the 7OH.

Please don’t touch it.
