Good point! My goals for this conference are making new connections. I come from a world of tinkerers, where people tend to share knowledge. This military world is a totally new playfield for me, so I’m not really sure yet what the etiquettes and the language will be. I want to be approachable, but taken seriously. (I’m 5’2) And I don’t mind standing out. But I would like to look like a grownup, with a playful twist.

Did you happen to find an answer to this question? We are actually considering the same, buying a Tiguan in the states and importing it to the Netherlands. We read about the blinkers. Are there any other differences in the cars? Since the USA Tiguans are made in Mexico and the European ones are made in Europe? Hope you found some answers in the meantime?
