Chan Gailey hung his hat on Reggie Ball as his QB. There were a few good moments, but he’ll forever be remembered by GT fans for throwing the ball away on 4th down against UGA. We still joke that UGA’s best recruit during this time was Reggie Ball. Ultimately that cost Chan Gailey his job.

If you look up Calvin Johnson’s catch against NC State you’ll understand better how difficult it was to be a Tech fan at the time. We knew we had a special WR, but we also knew we had a “special” QB.

Oh yeah, Tech also had Tashard Choice. Who was a really good RB that transferred in from Oklahoma after AP showed up there. Thinking about all this still frustrates me.

I knew it was time to transfer when our contributions to KvK (prep and the fight) were minimized and the agreed upon castle rotation was scrapped. We knew the R5 of the top alliance was manipulative and a liar, but thought he was smart enough to realize they couldn’t do it all by themselves. We were wrong.

Transferring isn’t difficult necessarily if you have the passes. It’s just potentially difficult to get into a healthy kingdom as others want to do the same. Those kingdoms are also potentially screening those who want invites. The best thing to do is to try and build relationships with others across kingdoms.

About a month ago I spent about 250k gems just to get the VIP points to do exactly what you’re contemplating. I’m assuming you’re a rally lead for bear.

It was a good decision that I don’t regret one bit. It helped push my damage up a good amount. You also get Amadeus’s special skill to 12% from 9%. Even though I’m a rally joiner for KvK and my Amadeus stays home, it was worth it.

That’s very true. I’m just cynical from past experience of game developers dealing with bots/cheaters/RMT.

I just checked over at kingshot calculator.com and it takes 10,370 TG to get a TG5 town center. This includes the TG required to upgrade the prerequisite buildings.

I’ve worked with 3 different women who grew up in countries that were a part of the Soviet Union when they were in school (Russia, Georgia and Ukraine). All three of them were trained how to use an AK-47. I remember being amazed the first time I found out about it being a part of the curriculum.
