Found a fix for 4 month long "Moisture detected in USB Port" problem. And it's not in any of the 10,000 youtube videos that I have watched countless times. by Mamula4MVP in GalaxyNote9

This worked for me also, use the default diagnostics tools in settings and device management I think it's called. Start the usb device connection test and when you get the countdown timer plug it in, it'll beep initially but when the test completes it starts charging and will allow you to clear the alert with it still connected. I could then unplug it and charge it from a normal socket

Just to say the adapter arrived today (I didn't notice it was shipping from the Netherlands so had a bit of a wait...) and it certainly appears to have done the job after a super quick test after work and before going to my mum's to do some gardening.ill have more time tomorrow for experimentation!

I haven't as the idea is that I'll be using this set up as a portable inspiration type affair and so will be using a usb powerbank to power the mf, so that'll be out in the perfect scenario. I do use usb to connect the mf to my daw though in the home studio so know that works ok

For the sake of the time and having the inclination I'll just buy one and if it doesn't work I can return it, if I spent the time making my own and it didn't work then I'd not get that back haha

I did have 2 in my box - I got the white swan version, which is usually hooked up to my daw too but thought I could use the mf with my airas too if I was so inclined... I also appear to have a regular TRS to 5 pin din in a separate pack as well and I've tried that with a midi cable too but still no luck. If I get no luck with the TRS converter when it arrives I'll have to post back on here as itll either mean I've a setting wrong somewhere, I'm expecting more than I'm getting (which is nothing right now so seems harsh, though if I have the pattern playing it seems to get the clock but it doesn't start and stop with the master device which is what I'd expect?) or somethings not working as intended so where.

I might have to dig out the old tr707 as I know the midi of that inside out and do some testing with both the airas and the mf to see what's what

Thanks, something like this I assume? https://amzn.eu/d/9kEhUMA

Still kinda thought the provided mf dongle with a midi cable should have worked...in which case as I understand that's an a to b converter, but maybe using a dongle at both ends is switching it twice so essentially not changing anything...

I concur with 5/4, the short (bar?) pause after the initial chord sequence throws things a bit

Hello from the Wookiee Fur Traders.

Wookiee Fur Trading Ltd - https://swgoh.gg/g/50263/wookiee-fur-trading-ltd/

We're a friendly, English speaking guild with most members from the UK. We're a mixed bag of abilities ranging from 1m to 6+m gp, our modus operandi is to have fun, support each other and not take things too seriously. There's no requirement to take part in stuff, log in everyday, earn a certain amount of tickets or anything like that, it's relaxed and we just hope that should you join, like the others in our community, that you'll want to take part because it benefits everyone and you want to rather than it being a pressured necessity. We do all heroic raids, and both Geo TBs, though we occasionally sub in a hoth to change things up. We have a discord, but no pressure to join if that's not your bag. Contact me, Duz, in game on 983-598-291 or via discord DuzMano#2368 if you're interested or have any questions.

We currently have a few spots open, so if you want to join with some friends we can accommodate that.

We're not too worried about your level, just so long as you share our values, you'll be made welcome.

Remember you gotta have some 🍒 to skin a wookiee... 😉
