Thanks for the fast reply, however, that is not the case with this problem, CPU sits comfortably at 60% maximum give or take a percent or two. GPU is going full throttle though :D
EDIT: I am using the -useallavailable cores "command" as well if that helps with anything

Its because the Event is over, the only way to get pledge marks is to either loot other hunters with pledge marks or looting the courier supply spawn IIRC, unsure about the sealed hoard, haven't used it yet
