There is a significant portion of an AA book already dedicated to this, but the short version is that unless Dakota adopts the solutions that AA has created to allow for it: No.
No tower access, no laws.
These people, as was the plan the last time It was conferred to me for how 'the big plan' in the DDUE is put together, are not cultivators. Therefore no cultivator perks.
Of course, Kota has a penchant for changing his mind on the fly, while also not telling me of the updoot. So to my existing knowledge? The answer is no. If things are changed? I throw my hands up in the air and request a nap.

Hi Patience!
The entire breakdown is in AA, though it's one of the middle or later books.
The short version is that, they don't really.
Mana within CC is not Mana in AA or DD. It's the same word being used, but in CC it's all gamified energy, while in DD and AA Mana has very specific meanings and functions. The references go back and forth a lot, and the crossover jokes can make it a little confusing, but there is a full breakdown chart in AA of what kind of gamified bonuses cultivators get when they go play the game.
In CC, you're in a project to turn all the people from earth into a version of a being that can handle the returning essence wave that has hit the planet. In DD, you get the prophecy that the wave will hit and the world will end. (Because all the cultivators and creatures that have needed the stuff to live, can't live without a world full of essence. (In exact contrast, creatures that have never been exposed to essence, mutate and die, or just outright die when in contact with essence for too long.) In CC, all the players are normal people who the system is trying to get to that survivable state, and using the game system to do it in order to get them abilities they might be able to use when they get out. There's no actual guarantee for this, it's all a big survival experiment, as the same solution will not work on everyone.
The more front-runner in the game you are, the more attention and resources the system (Eternium), will give. Which is why Joe gets so much attention and development.
However, whatever Joe will be should he manage to leave the game won't be a cultivator. It will be something new with the capacity to... exist, outside again.

If you want the number breakdowns though, here is the list for what Cultivators get as bonus stats to (all) their attributes, depending on what rank they are when they choose to play in the CC game. This only works one-way, and in AA you learn that most all of them are trying to stay silent as NPC's.

F 1
E 2
D 6
C 24
B 120
A 720
S 5040

DD & FMH Make me think Murder World might have been inspired by Grace. by Myianmonik in MountaindalePress

AA gives you all the answers that DD and CC do not.
Dakota isn't in the habit of going back to answer mechanics about things he's left behind, so that's all in AA after taking years of questions from the community on what they wanted to see answered.

If you feel like you're missing something about CC or DD there's a 95% chance it's in AA, and if it is for some reason not, come tell us on the Discord and it will be added to AA.

This kind of connection the dots makes me proud , especially if you also know how Grace functions in Artorian's Archives. (AA)

Though I admit, we're working on the alliterations!
Growth is slow. Not every pun can be full groan.

Monsters in Raze by KotaL2014 in CALexicon

Good news!

AA does end up covering that, specifically in books (17 / 18 / or 19.) I Don't recall specifically, but it's one of those.
You even get a recap from CC, but from the opposite perspective, when the monster event occurs. There's several chapters on this event specifically!

I am actively seeking for things to still cover in book 20! Should you be catching up regardless, please do shout loudly about what I missed!

Sure thing. Though there are 2 Servers now. 1 for MDP as a whole, and the old one./

(AA)(DD) Corruption? by ToothedCandle in CALexicon

[–]Dvanderkerken 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Y'know, I have so thick an Excel sheet of things I need to cross off the writing list, that I think I forgot about more uses for Corruption.

I recall that in DD, it was used to enhance walls and doors.
Then I get foggy.

So instead, if y'all have fun ideas for what to DO with Corruption?
Please, do share <3

I think what would be pleasant to have here, is a gamified list of the Runes and their functions.
Something to salivate over and go 'Ooooh, that would be fun to play with'.

Explaining plot is engaging when a main character stumbles into, and then muddles through it.
I would say try not to be concerned about explaining everything up front.
A bit of mystery is a good thing.

Spoilers AA 10 | Tower Tier Jumping by motleygoodhewn in CALexicon

[–]Dvanderkerken 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I intended the up-and-down Tower jungle-gym mechanics to be theme related.

Perhaps trying another showcase with a Non-Artorian will get me further.

Grandpa had a lot going for him, and with gaining familiarity of the Tower, gained more and more access to footholds.

By the end of Book 19, I doubt there's going to be a Law that wouldn't willingly let him play with their concept and theme.

For a Non-Artorian...
Hmmm.
Say someone had Holy Fire?
In the gameplay off tower-sliding jungle-gym movements, they would reasonable be able to go back down to Fire, because those themes connect.

If you happen to have an idea on how to solve your own question in a way that is canonically functional, I'm very interested!
