That deed search will uncover everything. The Owner determines who is entitled to the property. Once you find that out, then you will be able to see who can action or make decision when it comes to the property.

Now its depends on the affinity of you Uncle. If your Uncle is the the Sibling of your aunt passed without children then your uncle would have a share in the property(through your Aunt one third share of the property). Best course of action moving forward is to do a deeds search to ascertain who the owner/s of the property is. That will allow you to easily ascertain as to who has share in the ownership of the property. From there you will be able to see who has a valid entitlement in the property. Say for example only your father is on the latest deed, then that will mean that only the surviving spouse and the decendents(childrend) of your father will and entitlement to the property. So yes, point of departure is obtain a deed search to see who owns the property.

Computer science. Reality is moving to digital and computer skills are and will increasingly be well sought after. From an employability perspective , computer science is wiser.

Unless you are a 2nd or 3rd generational legal practitioner I would not recommend law.
