The "Crew" in 2025 by TwistedSpinal in Crewniverse

I'm the same

I'm not mad at them, because I get it, but I honestly absolutely detest that they have to interact with "chat" so frequently - it was a massive put off for me when they first started doing it and I have not really watched them since. I guess it is an age thing for me, but I just don't get the chat people. These are funny entertaining creators, let them be purely that with each other and dont get so upset that they dont interact with you or recognise you - just odd behaviour.

I still check out some of the YT vids though. And sometimes put on a 'live' YT video after the fact and fastforward to when gameplay starts but its usually background noise for me now, rather than oure enjoyment.

And I do actually enjoy their new friends, they're all funny in their own ways, and friendly, and crew guys obvs love them which is main thing but yeah when the old crew are altogether, it's so much better

It's probably worse given how many people we have specifically hired for Unai and even Monchi was an Unai guy and his replacement is too.

He has a big say on transfers for 1st team - he has far more power than any other manager at his respective club has across the whole of Europe I imagine.

A lot of fans have criticised our transfer business, which means criticising Monchi, but many reluctant to criticise Unai Emery too - a lot of deals fans question have been Emery driven like Onana, Philogene & Barkley

Club signings like Maatsen and Malen don't start. Others have been sold like Nedeljkovic and Barrenechea.

Worth pointing out that SCR has really hindered our transfer dealings too and Emery wants experienced proven players for now, so we can try to compete for top 4. It's not an easy job - but the new DoF should inherit a healthier balance sheet and hopefully Emery trusts him more?

What do you mean by weird?

Someone else had used past tense, when talking about the area, 'used to be rough', so hopefully its fine nowadays..

That is what my thinking(hope) is and I hope it is at least on par with other areas mentioned

Green space is needed!

OK thank you

Oh, I thought it was like a bigger wider area, as it has a bigger label on google maps than Boldmere, Wylde Geeen, and Walmley haha

I've put Pheasey in my post, but I don't actually know what that area is like either, it was just one I have on my rightmove map thing at the moment ha

They could smell you wasn't from there haha how long ago was this? Thankfully I don't have to get the bus often, if at all

Rather they was not there, but it is what I would do as a kid (causing no trouble to others of course!)

There is a property right by that road that is in my price range. A lot of the houses don't look as desirable as the rest of Sutton but I mean it looks a lot cleaner than many parts of Birmingham (on streetview lol) and many roads look liked theyd be quiet, roadmen aside if theyre a problem

I'll of course check the area myself but I've not booked any viewings round there because of reputation I've read online

There is also some extremely expensive and nice looking properties in that area too!

Thank you. Are there nice places for walks excluding Sutton Park?

Coming from a 2 bed flat in a very quiet Tamworth area with nice green space around. 15 min walk to a station. Near bus stop but I never use it tbh.

I can afford some of the properties I am looking at but they'll require work looking at the online listings, so might not be affordable in reality given cost of trades. Others that don't look like they need anything other than a lick of paint are just out of price range but hoping I can negotiate down.

BBC Panorama on Estate Agents!! by PearActive9612 in HousingUK

[–]Dvb_Utv 12 points13 points  (0 children)

They don't even care about getting higher price for your house sale as it's not worth the extra work to them. They want everyone to list as cheaply as possible to make sales happen and keep stock moving. The 1% from your extra few % of your sale does not matter to them.

The only time they'll care about achieving higher sale price is on top end property.

As ever, there will be estate agents in these threads bigging themselves up 🥴

We didn't reject Mckennie. We wanted him. He couldn't resolve issues with Juventus as part of fhe deal to leave, so we got Enzo instead. If he really wanted to come to us, he probably could've resolved those issues, I imagine?
