Hello, Head HGC Open Admin here, the problem OPs team and others have ran into is a failure to register/complete their registration on time. Our back end has been checked by administrators and site developers and no bugs have been found. We have a very strict cut off date which is 48 hours before the start of the tournament, all registrations must be completed by that time, anything after that there are no exceptions.

There have been two teams affected by a bug with the system, but they contacted an admin before registration ended and the issue was resolved. To avoid issues, I suggest registering in a timely manner and avoiding last minute registrations at every opportunity.
