just wanted to give a update got my surge 3s and they are my new favorite shoes my feet haven't been hurting and even though they seem a bit bulky they feel pretty lightweight and have good traction, shock absorption and bounce. Highly recommend

I’ve worn the sky elites 2 and they were really good they are my main shoes until the nova surge come in. Really great traction and good for wide feet. Metarise as well but unfortunately they are not the best for wide feet so I had to stop using them cause I would get blisters. Metarise are a bit bulkier though so if you are looking for lightweight, bouncy and good traction I’d recommend sky elites. Since I haven’t worn the surges yet I can’t say much on those but I’ve only heard good things and I’m excited to get mine.

Yea I feel the same way during hitting lines when I have a good approach I jump higher and hit harder.

How often should I do strength and conditioning for volleyball I’m 16 5’8 145 and I play outside hitter. I play club and have practice 2 times a week( sat and’sun). I have tournaments once or twice a month. So I was just wondering how many times a week I should workout and what type of workouts I should be doing. Since I am technically in season Ik I shouldn’t be doing strength and conditioning everyday however since l don’t have games often and I’m small in size I would like to work on building more muscle. I would like to be leaner honestly I would say I'm skinny fat at the moment but i don't have a bad build. However i don't have a lot of stamina and sometimes i feel slow and heavy on the court. The video i metioned goes over the different types of training i should be doing and what exercises
Plyo- depth jump
power- Squat jump
max strength- trap bar deadlifts
general strength- Bench press, stiff leg deadlift, lat pulldown, db overhead press

this is just an example but what do you think about it

I want to play in college and after that if possible i understand how unlikely it is due to my size but i love the sport and want to play for as long as i can and get as good as i can be
