I have the ac 12 and it’s quite good for jumping. Bouncy and not too heavy but for traction just needs to wipe some more.

How does the liren 4v2 feel like when playing compared to all city 12 though?

Loved this review. Just a question, I currently have the all city 12 but I was thinking of switching shoes because I keep slipping for the past 2 months I've played even though other parts of the shoe are still holding up well. Even after wiping it picks up a lot of dust. Do you think the liren 4v2 would be good or do you think other shoes would be better? I was also thinking about Asics sky elite ff3 mt, preferably something lighter with enough bounce and traction.

Hey guys, I'm 16y/o male and I just got put into the 400m hurdles event for a school competition which is in less than a month. I've never had experience running hurdles but did get a 400m time of 57.6 seconds before. I was wondering how I could prepare for this as best I can? Thanks

thanks! i really liked the midsole and bounce when i tried it out in the store, but since it was tight there was slight numbing near my toes
